You can try formatting the player, if your computer will recognize it. Go to my computer, right click the device and choose format (if you're using Windows XP).

I hope that helps at least a couple of you. Those are pretty nice players for the money.

this is because your mp3 player isn't meant to play video songs. its an MP3 player, meaning it won''t play AVI video files.

When you see "SYNCHRONIZE TO CONTINUE YOUR MUSIC SUBSCRIPTION" that means you need to sync your device again because you are using a subscription service like napster or yahoo music. Because you are using subscription songs you have to periodically sync your player with your computer so the subscription can confirm you are still a member

My Sansa skips the songs I put on it, what can should I do

I restored settings to default factory settings and has been working and not skipping the songs. Restoring to factory settings does not delete any of your data/songs
