First make sure that the code has not been noted somewhere within the car (underneath the ash tray, glove box , rear of sun visor etc)

To see if your code is available here for free then the radio will have to be removed from the dashboard (and if you are lucky, someone may have written the code on the casing ) .

If not then POST ANOTHER QUESTION

quoting the radio MAKE+MODEL plus ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on ANY LABELS ,BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING

note: Unfortunately not all radios can be decoded using the Serial Number

If not then try your Main Dealer ...........or take it into a Decode Service who will plug in a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM). This takes a few minutes and shouldn`t be too expensive
=================================================

To restore from SAFE..leave SWITCHED ON...UNDISTURBED until it automatically resets itself.(This could take several hours )

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Can you tell me how to get my radio off safe mode and help find the code. its a vauxhall corsa.

Leave it SWITCHED ON UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to reset itself.

For the code, post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels, barcodes or stamped in the metal casing

Radio code for vauxhall corsa

The units anti-theft program was activated when the battery was disconnected. If you don't know the 4 digit code, try to contact the previous owner or most higher end car audio dealer/installers will offer a service to reset the anti-theft code program, for a fee.
