Are the contacts in phone memory or in sim memory?? If in phone memory, There's no problem. Switch on the phone and manully delete all contacts. There's no need of the sim to be inserted. If the contacts are in sim memory then insert the sim. Switch the phone on, and scroll contacts. Chek and find the no.s which have the sim image, it will surely be a sim contact. Then delete it. If you are fearing that your contacts ( if in sim memory ) will be deleted and it is important then first switch on the phone with sim. Note down all sim contacts, after that delete. Then if you give your sister another phone which she likes, switch on the phone and then install all sim contacts which you earlier noted down.
Hello. I boght one of this but at home I had no reception. I had to take out the camera because I cannot use a camera at work and I tried something I had done with my previous phone. there is an external antenna conector. I take a piece of thin insulated wire ( as the one used on fixed phones) peal off about 3 mm and inserted it into the cell phone's external antenna, route the wire inside phone and close it carefully. For my cell it really worked. Now I have 50% signal at home and 100% on the street.
hope it work : )

Even after this if you face this problem, thow your phone:P
Remove the battery.
Simultaneously hold volume "down" - button and Red hangup button.
While still holding those keys, insert the battery and wait for the LED to go out.
Release keys, remove battery and insert it back, and device will hard reset.
First you have to install Microsoft ActiveSync on your desktop PC, then you have one of tow ways:
1- if the program have packed (.exe or .msi) run it while your JAMA is connected to your PC and follow the wizard to complete the process.
2- Copy and Past the .CAB file from your PC to your JAMA device throw activesync (explore your device by right click the green icon beside your desctop watch) then by JAMA explorer run that CAB file and install it.
