Hi! Make sure you didn't accidentally turn off the "Steady Shot" mode. You can change this mode through the ''Menu'' button. If this is not a reason of vibrations, use manual for your device. You can try to find it here
There is steady shot mechanism located at end of lens assembly, that mechanism gone bad and vibrates, replacement of that mechanism will fix your camera issue. Local camera repair shop will do this job as camera will take apart to replace defective part. Thanks.
