i am using Canon PIXMA iP1000. The error is (Print Head not installed). i have reinstalled that thing but the problem is same. please guide

right click my computers click properties then hardware and device manager scan for hardware changes then it will come in ? this mark right click that update driver insert the cd and click next .search in the cd name in xp it will come in G drive.
