a code will always read 12-normal if you just plugged the tv in. it has to try to turn on then shut itself down to log a code. Or shutdown is caused by something the tv cannot detect . Or a front panel button has failed- does the green light turn on for a second when you hit the power button on the remote? if not try unplugging the front keypad behind the speaker cover.

- 22 low voltage short protect .. its gonna be convergence again. that model has 1 convergence i.c STK393-110 and 2 picofuses rated 5A near the power supply that will need to be replaced plus if any 3.9 ohm resistors near the conv. i.c. looked burned they should be replaced too. make sure its an amp from mitsubishi that is used in the repair . generic amps can be gotten for much cheaper but there is a good reason that they are cheaper. also it is important to use enough heatsink compound but just as important to apply enough pressure to the amp to make the aluminum back of the amp touch the aluminum heatsink as possible.
