Simplicity 3-in-1 unit leaks water out of bottom when on humidify

- Interesting. Who installed the unit? Not looking to blame or put anyone down. All dehumidifiers cause moisture in the air to condensate, so the fact of a need to dispose of the water is a given. The unit can be equiped with the incovenient catch pan or bicket, but, This unit doesn't sound that cheap. Yet it does condensate and water disposal issues still exist. Ok, At the point of leakage is there a Knock out like hole where a fitting could be installed? Walk around the housa and look for a pvc pipe sticking out of thr foundation at or near ground level. Is this jome equiped with central Air Conditioning? Is it a slab floor?
