If you are using a wireless router, unplug for 10 seconds and plug back in. They do tend to buildup a static charge. Make sure you page is allowed. You should get a screen asking to allow or deny. You can also go to tools, options, then check your security and privacy settings to make sure they are not to high. Make sure cookies are enabled for these sites.
