Question about Philips ShoqBox PSS120 MP3 Player
I want to solve this problem, because I connect, I have restore and upgrade the firmware of the portable, and finally the problem continue.
I want a solution for that.
Uninstall and reinstall the version fo the software directly from the Philips website:
enter your model number
click on the version of your model number without the "B" at the end
Click on software & drivers
You will find clean, updated versions of the software there
