How to change the language setting to English?

Computers running Windows®, you have the option of typing alternative character sets. This can be selected by clicking on START>SETTINGS> CONTROL PANEL. Then click on the picture of the world globe. This enables users to toggle between Arabic or Hebrew and English. This requires you to learn the keyboard layout for these languages

First, select the desired language.(the default in the U.S. is U.S. English If your computer was sold in a French spealing country, the keyboard might be different. If this is the case, the only solution could be a new keyboard
