If you're the registered owner then you can ring 3 to get the code. If you're PAYGO customer you must spend £120 before they give you the code, which will cost you £30. you cannot unlock this phone remotely, you need to have a universal sim or turbo sim so that you can use it to other network.. go to universal-sim.org for more info on this sim

1. turn phone off
2.take the battery off and the sim card out.
3. putt battery back in
4. switch phone on
5. enter unlock code using non predictive text.
