Yes, you can do that. You need screw-driver set and little skill. In this case it seems that speaker's setting had been disturbed by falling. It is as easy as anything and you can do. At the last only it will reach upto limit of replacing speaker which is easily available in local market. DO IT YOUSELF.....YOU CAN>>>>>> But vote the fixya for providing you solution which fixing your problems......

With C168 Motorola I am not able to hear opponents voice but they can not hear my voice, but same if I insert head set (Ear phone) communication is fine with both side can hear each other. So, what can be...

Is it that they can not hear you as well if you call with your phone? Since with the head set, all communications is fine.

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece of your phone is bad and will need to be replaced.

If it is also that they cannot hear you when you use your phone to call, it means the mouthpiece of your phone is also bad and will need to be replaced, but if they can hear you with your phone, no problem.

But if it is only that you cannot hear the opponent voice that is the problem, just replace the earpiece and you can hear your opponent.

Take care

I have C168 Motorola model, I am facing problem when ever I speak opponent able to hear my voice but I am not able to hear their voice, so what can be issue with my setting?

This has nothing to do with your settings, since your opponents can hear you but you cannot hear their voice, the problem with your phone is the earpiece.

The earpiece of your phone is bad and will need to be replaced in other for you to hear the opponents.

Replace the earpiece and you will hear the opponents.

Take care.

Microphone problems

Go to your control panel in windows, you can get there from the start menu no matter what version you are on.

In the control panel, double click on Sound. In the new window, click on file and settings... or advanced I cant remember exactly which as I am using vista. There you should be able to select "Recording". Click ok.

Now you should be able to see where it says microphone, with a volume bar and so on. Put a check in the "Mute" box. This will not completely mute the microphone, it should only make it to where you will no longer hear it on your speakers.

Try talking to your friends now... It should work! I hope this helped to fix your problem, if not, let me know and we can try something else.
