Hello there:
these locks have a master card or code that will reset the programming mode and allow you to reset the code. i would suggest contacting the manufacture of the lock and request the code or the card ok?
best regards michael

How do I recode keyless entry?

The original code assigned from the factory can not be changed. If you added another in addition to that one you can look in the manual for the instructions.

Coding the keypad will not affect the remotes if you follow these directions.

Locate the smart/learn button on the rear of the motor unit near where all those white wires go. Press and immediately release this and then walk over to your keypad and key in a four digit code and press enter.
