Monitor volume bar keeps showing.

I'm having the same problem but with my monitor showing the volume bar. It keeps wanting to turn the volume all the way down. I discovered this when I tried to turn the volume up, that it would quickly turn the volume down again.

In addition, I was able to get it to the menu settings and noticed that it would cycle down through the options and repeat, starting back at the top.
