Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You can try deleting internet temp files. Download the software CCleaner from filehippo.com. Run that program and it will delete all the temporary files you have in your computer and It might allow you to access you facebook again. Check antispywares if that dont work.

try another browser such as mozilla firefox if you are using internet explorer. Check if your facebook page would turn on. Otherwise try to click Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies > Delete Temporary files, hit apply & ok...

If you can access other browsers but not facebook, notify if there is an error message when facebook gets blank . You may to access facebook alternatively by accessing https://www.facebook.com

This may be as a result of cached content on your browser.

If you and your friend are both experiencing the same problem using different computers. Start by checking any common denominator. For example are you both using the same Service Provider or Connection Source

Can't view my profile page. i get a page error but I can see my home page fine. other's can't reach my profile page either.

I had the same problem but i solved it by using very simple trick. You need to delete your internet temporary files. That's all.

Don't Know How to go about that?

To delete Temporary Internet Files (deleting Temp files) in Internet Explorer 7.0:
• Select "Tools"
• Select "Internet Options".
• Open the "General" tab.
• In "Browsing history" area click the "Delete" button.
• In "Delete browsing history" window click "Delete files"
•Then click Yes, and then click Close.

In Firefox:

To clear Internet cache in Firefox:
• Select 'Tools'
• Select 'Options'.
• Select 'Privacy'.
• In Private area click 'Clear Your Recent History'.
• Select a time Span and Click Clear Now.
• Click OK.

• Select 'Tools'
• Select 'Options'.
• Select 'Privacy'.
• In Private area click 'Remove Individual Cookies'.
• Look for facebook.com in the list.
• Click on Remove Cookie
• Click OK.

Visit facebook.com again and view your profile page.

Hi

Have you tried deleting stored cookies and temp internet files

If you are using Internet Explorer

Open Internet Explorer and click on the "Tools" menu.

In the "Tools" menu, click on "Internet Options".

The Internet Options pop-up window appears.

Under the General Tab select the "Delete Cookies" button.

Delete cookies by clicking "OK".
Select the "Delete Files" button to clear the Internet cache. Make sure to check the box to "Delete all offline content".

Delete temporary Internet file history data by selecting "Clear History".

Restart your computer and try to log in again, this should fix your problem
