My wi-fi keeps disconnecting and I have a perfect signal. My when I try to reconnect it says "Turn on wireless connection" but im not turning anything off and my wi-fi switch on my computer is still working and Ive tried restarting the computer/shutting it down and nothing is working. Please someone help me!
Your card is ok. There is interference between the router and your computer.
1. The router or the PC may be "hidden" behind a metal cabinet, refrigerator, etc.
2. Move router higher
3. Microwave ovens and some cordless phones (not cellphones) that use 2.4GHz will interfere with the 2.4GHz WiFi signal.
4. Point the router antennas in-line with the direction of the PC.
5. Move the router closer to the PC.
