No water from the dispenser!!!

I have had this fridge for about 5 years now and I've had to get the hair dryer and literally thaw out the water line. It's something I got used to doing anually. Sometimes it freezes again right after the water starts to work! I've often thought of taking the door off and removing the inside cover and wraping or insulating the water line to prevent this. But, time and loss of food has prevented me from doing this. To me, it's the only real solution to this problem. Until then, I'll keep using a hair dryer.
