digital keychain from booksarefun, holds up to 48 photos, SKU is 77275 . I installed the disk, and it said it was installed, but when I go to put in the pictures I get this: Failed to issue command to device., What am I doing wrong?

I downloaded the driver software (twice) each time I try to load photos, I click the icon and it says its "termined". I tried calling tech support to no avail.

I bought two of these digital keychains from books are fun.  Neither work.  Looked on their website and they don't even have it on there.  Cannot find a manufacturer.  Very disappointed.  Tried it on Windows Vista and Macintosh 10.4.9 with no success.  I followed the instructions.  May have to chalk this one up as a fooled me once kind of thing.

I followed the installation directions to the letter 3 times, but although it opened, part of it wasn't accessible. I loaded the photos about 8 times, but none went to the keychain. The message was something like part of it wasn't working.
I am very unhappy. I got this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She was so excited, but she isn't any more.
Bummer!

did you follow the instructions to the letter? Sometimes there are many different ways to install software, as windows will prompt you as well as the software installation procedure.

You need to read the installation procedure carefully and follow it to the letter. If that does not work, throw it in the bin and buy a memory stick. They are very cheap now and will hold many more than 48 photos, and they are tiny!!

I bought a bluetooth reciever and tried to install it many times. It never worked, and because it was so cheap I threw it out. Sometimes this is the only choice.

husband down loaded it on windowsxp, must not be compatable with vista yet.

I could not get XP to work. But windows 2000 with Sp4
did . Probably a driver problem.

I am on my 2nd keychain SKU 77275. I have found that it does not work on Vista. I used another computer and on XP it worked perfectly. Who knows why. I hope this helps someone!!

My digital Keychain will not stay on after I take out the USB. What is the problem? Can someone help me. I finnally got the software to work.......Took me all day.

I all so have a SKU 77275 and it says it dose not have a hard drive to be able to transfer the photo from computer to Keychain, how can it be curd it was a gift? Bonnie
