Question about Rheem Pool & Spa
I am trying to diagnose what is the matter with my Rheem Electric pool heater. So far, I have checked the circuit breaker and there appears to be (240v) power arriving at the contact on the line side. However, there is only 120v coming out of the load side. Is this correct?
