Unplug machine error 41

Error 41 means the head drive voltage has not been turned from Low to High within the specified time.

It is a major problem for Brother and they are well aware of it.

It boils down to this... It needs a new print head and 4 new cartridges to prime it with. Call Brother and complain like heck! There have a been a huge amount of these head failures! A new head costs around $100.00 but if you call Brother, they will replace it.
