Question about HP Color LaserJet 2600n Printer
I get ghost images every 2 to 3 inches down both sides of the page. I've run the "cleaning" cycle numerous times and the problem does not go away. All cartridges have been replaced.
Run the "cleaning" cycle is the first thing that you should trying.
The Fixing Film Assembly is worn-out. it is a frequent problem.
Fix this with a new FUSER Assembly for HP Colour Laserjet 2600/n (200/240v) Part Number: RM1-1821-240CN or Fusing Assembly – RM1-1820(110/120v

Does this happen only when you print? Or does this happen when your are scanning and photo copying something? I would suggest going into the printer properties and selecting a higher dpi. Sometimes this fixes the "ghost images" from appearing on the pages. Click Print - Properties - and there should be a tab in there in which you can select a higher dpi setting. Try this. It should work.
