It probably sucked some object into the fan. the only way to clear it, is to open the laptop up and extract whatever is in the fan.

Heater is blowing cold air and there is a noise coming from around the blower motor area?

Check your coolant reserve tank and fill it if needed.

If the coolant is fine try flushing the heater core, follow ChrisFix's instructions in the vid linked below.

How to Flush Heater Core Safely with garden hose

As a side question:
Were there any loose wires that could have been caught near the fan when you replaced it? They'll make a buzz noise if they're touching the fan blades.

Severe noise problem onthe left side of the machine

That is the fan making noise if it is under warranty take to a sony service centre otherwise it is not a difficult job to replace you just need to take out all screws on bottom making sure you note where each goes as there are different types, then fan assy is held in by 6 screws and 1 connector.

Still got my clicking coming from inside my laptop

Usually, the clicking means your hard drive is about to fail. Unfortunately, there is no much you can do about it. Since your PC is 4 months old, you should still be under warranty. Just ask them to replace it.

If they won't, you can get pick a brand new one online at decent prices.

Good luck

Problems with Frigidaire FRS6R4E Side by Side Refrigerator?

The refrig side does not have a fan. only the freezer. Is that fan working??? you will hear it when the unit is running (and not in defrost) The clicking you hear is the Damper (a motorized door allowing more or less air to the refrig) opening or closing. Is there frost buildup on the back wall of the freezer??

Pix looks like a light pipe issue, inside the Light Engine. as far as the shutting down, could be a bad fan causing the grinding and when stopps the DMD turns the set off.
