Question about Toshiba Satellite L305-S5921 Notebook
It is not a big deal. You can try the safe boot option
restart the Laptop in safe mode by pressing the F8 key while rebooting
Select safe mode on Advance boot option
Log in as administrator
Go to control panel and Delete the previous User and create another user with same name
Restart the computer in normal mode
If this Works please say thanks and If this does not work let me know, I'll give you other options

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You can easily reset windows login password by manual as well as by software but all of these methods are dependent on the operating system. So kindly update me which operating system is installed on your PC so that I can suggest you corresponding (and compatible) password reset method.
