Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

probably the light switch contact at the six side of the watch (attached to the steel mainframe) may have contact with the electronic cirquit

Had same problem. Solution was to replace the battery. (Yes, it supposedly should never need to be replaced, however if it gets drained for too long, it can permanently be damaged).

FYI, Boston is the time zone not the tide data. FL and Boston are the same time zone. The watch allows you to set the time of your local high tide directly in the Tide display when in the Adjust mode. See the instructions in the Manual obtained at the link provided by escapement.

Yes, go to "www.casiowatches.shriro.com.au/" where you should be able to find the information you need.
Click on "service agents" to find the address of your nearest agent.

If you haven't got instructions on how to do this, you can get instructions from the Casio web site.
Go to the casio web site "casio.com".
Select "support" and the "manuals",
Select "watch manual archive"
Read the number of the back of your watch and enter it into the search box
