Question about Belkin Wireless G Plus MIMO (F5D9230-4) Router (1010835)
Oh heck yes !
Most wireless routers will detect the upstream, and hand out addresses downstream.
The only problem I've run into, is if the upstream is using the same class C network, like 192.168.1.0, as the default for this router. In this case, it will all look good, but pass no traffic.
