Question about Canon PIXMA MP830 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My Canon Pixma MP830 was working fine until a few minutes ago. When a document didn't print just now, I noticed that all lights were off and the printer is completely dead. I checked all connections and plugged it in to various alternate outlets, but nothing gets it to turn back on. The printer has been well looked after, is clean and has never been misused. There was no power surge or outage here. All other equipment in my office is working fine.
What I should do? I called Best Buy where I bought it 2 years ago and they immediately said that I should just buy a new printer as it will cost more to fix. What??? It was fine just a minute ago.
