To adjust the wast or the resine temperature of the Hobart dishwaster

Check the high limit on the heating element and make sure its not tripped. If the high limit is fine check too see is there power going to the heating element and the amp drawing. Each leg should be reading 23.5 Approx.

Check Rinse temp Coming into machine needs to be 180F to keep wash temp up
