Check the high limit on the heating element and make sure its not tripped. If the high limit is fine check too see is there power going to the heating element and the amp drawing. Each leg should be reading 23.5 Approx.

Why does my machine not wash as good as it used to?

Water temp changed? Different detergent? Overloading enough to prevent proper agitation? All these can affect the performance. Also, if drainage is slow due to clog or weak pump, it might not rinse well, leaving soapy residue as well. Whirlpool pumps are pretty cheap and easy to change, usually, should that prove to be the source of your trouble. But look for simpler causes first.

What are the temperature on the settings of washing machines?

That is a very good question. These units partially open and close
the inlet valves for certain temp settings. And if it's out of it programed tolerance the machine stops and throws up a trouble code. I'm sticking to the older machines.

The hi temp wash and air dry lights are blinking on my firgidaire dishwasher

Hi Dan, this is AP!

I understand you are experiencing some trouble with the lights on your Frigidaire dishwasher. On your particular model, FFBD1821MW, if there has been a power failure, then the "Hi-Temp Wash" and "Heat Dry" LEDs will flash. In order to stop the LED lights from flashing press Start/Cancel. This process should relieve your concern regarding the LED lights flashing. I hope this information proves helpful to some degree.

Best of luck,

Frigidaire washing machine (FTW3011KW0) runs through all cycles, agitates, pumps out water, but doesn't spin, nor does the motor attempt to spin during the spin cycle

Your main switch needs replaced. The motor that drives the switch operates because it goes through the other cycles, so the switch must be bad.
