Chances are poor to find a universal adaptor to replace a PNLV234. It has dual outputs, 5.5VDC @500mA and 5.0VDC@ 500mA. The connecter is similar to a phone jack with 4 conductors. I am trying to find a genuine Panasonic source as mine blew from a power surge.
