Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
I HAVE A RCA OPAL M4002A MP3 PLAYER I INSTALLED THE CD THAT CAME WITH IT B4 I HOOKED THE USB UP TO MY COM AND THE PLAYER. IT HAS CHARGER FOR WELL OVER 3 HRS I CAN NOT GET IT TO TURN ON CAN SOMEONE HELP?
For one, you don't need the CD to put music on the Opal. It's a plug and play device. Go to My Computer on your desktop and you will see under Audio Devices "OPAL". Click on that and you'll see a folder called "Media" and that's where you put your music.
For not turning on, click Pause/Play twice
For charging, You need to plug in the USB cord into the computer to charge it. Wait 3 hours. The Opal doesn't have a real long battery life, i'd say around 10-15 hours. So you'll be needing to charge it quite a bit.
