Question about Dell Inspiron 2200 Notebook
My daughter knocked my laptop off a small table today and now it will not charge. it recognizes the battery as being plugged in but will not charge at all. any ideas?
This can be either a bad battery or a bad dc port on the system board. No other way to tell for sure without swapping parts like trying a new battery. Can you take the battery out and run the laptop off the dc power cord?
