I can not remove the CD. It seems a little piece of paper stuck to a CD, and player can not read it, and after that I can nt remove it as well

when mine has frozen up i push and hold the power/standby button for ten seconds then release then push it again and it comes on and opens as usual.  or do you mean the disc is stuck in the machine after the door opens?  maybe open the machine it could be inside.
