Pc will not start

pc will not start , power is good - checked ok - replaced processor, fans now turn slightly when power is connected? but nothing else.
replace motherboard?
philips hepc 7501/05
g33m ms-7357 ver 1 - no longer available? which one to buy?

- all looks ok to me, processor seated ok. everything connected. as prior to the new processor being fitted the fans did not move but now they do slightly,im thinking it;s the board\/ this one is not sol anymore so any suggestions on a replacement or any otger suggestions thanks

Make sure the processor is seated firmly. Also make sure that the MB connectors are securely plugged in. Looks like there is a main connector AND a 4 pin connector on this board with the 4 pin being just to the right of the ports that are on the back edge of the board.
