It might be your network problem, if you can try with other browsers like firefox or opera, if the problem still exist, you might need to contact your isp.

I need to reset keys port for window 7 for window live messenger and I am in south Africa please help me

Windows Live lost it's support January 14th, 2017 and, within the past few months, has caused a lot of issues with people who were using Windows live as their main mail portal. I work on computers as a profession and, since Microsoft no longer supports Windows live Mail, Messenger, etc... you may have to purchase a copy of Office 2007 or higher in order to correct your issue.

I wish i had better news for you, but, please know you are not alone with your issue.

How do I get a messenger account

You can connect with family, collaborate with friends, and customize Windows live Messenger in the following ways:

You can sign in to Windows Live Messenger with a Windows Live ID, Windows Live Mail, or Windows Live Spaces account.

To create a new account:

1. At the bottom of the Windows Live Messenger sign-in
window, click Sign up for a Windows Live ID.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.

If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot your password? at the bottom of the Messenger sign-in window, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

NOTE:

If you already have an account, but have problems signing in, visit the Windows Live ID website.

Hello, When using windows live mail 2011 The wimdows live messenger login screen appears. How do i stop this happening? Windows 7 OS. Thankyou.

Is it possible to add another email account to your Windows Live Mail 2010? If so give it a try (Follow This). Actually your problem is little confusing since you have mentioned mainly two things, Windows Live ID account box and Windows Live messenger login screen.

If it's Live Id, then add a Windows Live ID account and see what happens, i.e. email address with Hotmail.com or Live.com or MSN.com (Click here to learn more or sign up).

Let me know the outcomes.
