Sony MEX-R5 - DVD Region free (by 2 users)

I am using a Sony MEX-R5 in my 4x4 expedition truck from Germany which I shipped to Australia. Unfortunately I realized that I ran into the "Region Code Trap" and I cannot play any DVDs which I bought here.
Is there any way of unlocking the SONY MEX-R5?

I have the Sony MEX-R5 car dvd player however it is from America and will not play region 2 dvd please can you help

ApprenticeThere is a UK chap, http://dvdunlocks4u.com who says he can give you a hack. try them out.
