If this is her computer, you can go to control panel > device manager (in XP go to System > Hardware > device manager) scroll down to network adapters and right click on each adapter and click on disable. This will disable the adapters so even if the computer is rebooted, they won't automatically enable themselves. If she is set up as an administrator on the computer, set yourself up as an administrator account, password your user name, go into her account and change her account to limited.
