Ibought canon pixmamp190 to go on my acer aspireone computer cannot run cd cause no cdram how do you install the printer w/o the cd

Instructions

Consider what data you still need from your Acer AspireOne's hard drive. Save the files to an external USB device.

Restart the Acer AspireOne's operating system. Wait for the Acer logo to appear on the LCD screen.

Press the "Alt-F10" keys at the same time to bring up the recovery menu. Press "Enter."

Click "Next." Follow the prompts that appear on the screen to restore the operating system back to factory settings.

Use the drop-down boxes to select the time zone and language information for your Acer AspireOne. Restart the netbook when you are prompted to finish restoring the computer.

Connect the external USB device to your Acer AspireOne and transfer the data you saved earlier back to the netbook.

just use the installer cd that came with the printer.install it on your acer notebook.it should be able to see the printer on the network since the other computer detects it.

put your legit windows xp cd in the computer. boot to it and install. wipe linux off it.

This is typically caused by a loose cable inside of your screen. I do not suggest tinkering with it as you could possibly damage it more. In case you're feeling brave, here's a guide on how to get to the LCD on your model of laptop:

Please visit the above link from Canon Official Support & Downloads. Select the Operating System (OS) you have on you PC and download the required drivers. Run (Double-click) the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer drivers.

NO CD DRIVE???!!!!0_o.... well your in a biggie here... Get an external cd/dvd drive and connect it to ur computer. Then u can you ur reboot cd..

Reinstall/update the drivers for combo drive will solve your problem.

i just bought these printer pixmamp190 and i cant get it to work it says that it is not conneting to try again and i do it still wont work.

You don't need the CD, just go to this site: Driver Update and use their software to update your driver.
