Virus Problem in the computer

Download malwarebytes from and update the software and scan the whole system after scanning it show the list of trojans found in your system. Then click remove all infection.
Thats it Restart the PC.

There is another way to disinfect the system.

Download SupterDAT from McaFee Website and place it C:\TEMP
later restart the PC in Safe Mode with Command Prompt.

Then goto root drive of C:

type like this- CD\TEMP
Then u will redirect to C:\TEMP>

There type: sdatXXXX.exe /e
After some time you can see 19 files that were extracted in dirve C:\TEMP>
To see the list of file type: DIR and press enter
You have to wait untill all 19 files extracted.
After that
Type the followin parameters to scan the system.

This will take lot of time to scan and clears the Trojans and Virus in your PC.

After scanning just type EXIT
and Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and Restart the PC from Taskmanger.

Hope this will resolve the issue,

Thanks & Regards
Nandu :)

Opening extra windows

Your system is infected with virus so your system has to be disinfected from safe mode with command prompt.

1. To disinfect the virus please download the latest sdat????.exe from this site and save it C:TEMP

2. Now restart the System and press F8 key
3. Select Safe mode with Command Prompt
4. Then change directory to C:TEMP
5. There type the filename and give the parameters as follows:

C:TEMP>sdat5372.exe /e

After few seconds in that directory you will find some files that extracted from the dat file.

6. Give commands as follows:

C:Temp>SCAN /all /adl /clean /report Report.log

This will clean all the virus in the system.

Hope this will helps you..

Error Report (send-Dont send issue)

You turn error reporting off.

You need Administer privileges to do this.

1) Right click My Computer
2) Click on the Advanced Tab
3) At the bottom right of the resulting property sheet click on Error Reporting
4) Select Disable Error Reporting and deselect 'but notify me, etc.'

This is a persistent setting unless you "Reinstall your OS" in that case you will need to do steps 1-4 again.

Restart your system.

You should be able to run the game at any configuration you want. Take a look at the settings in the game to see if it sends you error messages but I bet you've done this already.

As always make sure you are using the latest set of drivers, not Beta, for your Display Adapter.
