Verizon wireless phones do not transfer most files via bluetooth ... only phone numbers if your lucky.

What are you trying to transfer?

Can someone tell me the pairing coad for sanyo 42 inch tv

Hi Thomas

I'm not familiar with your TV Brand.... but

By Pairing code... are you referring to the Bluetooth pairing of 2 devices.

Reset the Bluetooth device and place it in "discovery mode" to re establish a connection.

Pairing codes are usually provided on the screen when the "Discovery" of a device is made.

Search for discovery mode wikihow

How to pair your Bluetooth headset with discovery mode and pin

Can't find your bluetooth headset listed on the device you want to pair it with? Don't know your pairing pin? Then this tips for you.

Before you can pair your bluetooth headset with your cellphone, computer, car or what have you, you must put the headset into "discovery" or "pairing" mode. This is done in a number of ways depending on what headset model you have. The most common method is to hold down the main button until the light stays solid blue. Another method is to hold the volume up and volume down buttons at the same time to that end. There are only so many buttons on a bluetooth headset, so you'll probably succeed with a little trial and error, but if not, check with your manufacturers support site.
Once your headset is in pairing mode, you'll only have 1 minute or so to pair it with your device, so have it ready. To do this on most phones, go to the bluetooth settings and select "search for new device" or "add bluetooth device" or something along those lines. Once you've found that screen, and once your headset is in discovery mode, the name of your bluetooth headset should appear. Select it.
The device you wish to pair to will now prompt you for a pass key, so here it is: for almost all bluetooth headsets, the key is "0000." I've also heard of a few that respond to "1234"

And that's it! Your all set. Alright, I hope this helps people.

My Jawbone bluetooth wont go into discovery mode.

I believe it needs to be on....then hold in the button for pairing until it is steady red....once it syncs up it will start flashing white until you turn it off.

How do I put Jabra BT 135 in Discovery mode?

Turn the device on and continue holding the power on button until the light stays solid. That puts it in discovery mode.

Pair it with your device.

It will probably also ask you for the password to the bluetooth headset (mine did). The default is 0000.

4pr909 bluetooth headset passcode won't work with samsung juke

had same problem with this headset on two phones and finally solved it.

1. make sure bluetooth on phone is activated (know that sounds silly but some people forget)
2. with the headset turned off, press and hold the on/off button on the headset until the light on the headset FLASHES CONTINUOUS BLUE AND RED (about 8 seconds). This is most important, because if lights on headset are not continuously flashing blue and red, the headset is not in discovery mode.
3. once headset is in discovery mode, go into "my devices" on bluetooth menu on phone and click to search for new devices. make sure phone and headset are close together. phone will say searching- BE PATIENT, THIS STEP TAKES THE PHONE SOME TIME. eventually phone will show that it found your headset.
4. once the phone lists the headset, click on the headset and tell the phone to connect to the device. at this point the phone will bring up a passcode screen. enter 0000, and tell it to connect. when it connects, the lights on the headset will automatically go to an intermittent blue. you should be all set.

the biggest mistakes my kids made trying to pair these headsets were:
1. failing to turn bluetooth on for the phone
2. turning the headset on in something other than discovery mode (continuous blue/red flashing lights)
3. not being patient enough to wait for the phone to find the device.

hope this helps

Does this headset pair with a helio ocean?

I have a helio ocean and the h700 works great with it, of course i cant seem to get the headset to play the ringtones, instead it just beeps but other then that its great, most people say they cant even tell im on a bluetooth.

Is the purple light coming on when you try to pair the devices? I used the discovery mode to pair them. so if the find device option doesnt work try that one. but make sure that you hold the call bottom on the headset until it turns like a light blue almost purple color and it stays that color for a while.

When asked for pass code enter 0000.Phone should show connected to bluetooth device.

Linking a BT125 Bluetooth to my PS3

I had the same problem trying to connect my old Jabra BT125 headset to my brothers PS3, here's what worked for me:

-Turn on the headset by holding down the button but keeping it down until a solid light comes on.

This puts the headset into discovery mode, you can the start scanning for the device and it should find it.
