My system starts windows then immediately restarts the computer I have ran diagnostics and I got an error in the DTS?

Sounds like you have a virus. You might have to take it down and reformat it...which means putting everything back in. I hope you saved some files, if not you might be able to go in through safe mode, but if any of your files require drivers that are missing to transfer, you might be at some loss.
