Question about Ricoh Aficio CL3500N Laser Printer
Bad sensor and/or actuator in the paper tray. We see it all the time and it usually happens when users add more paper. The tray gets caught on the actuator and snaps. Or the tray is put back in too harshly and causes the actuator to punch the sensor out of place.
