When going into download pics from camera... have box to my left displaying info..open with explorer,check folder size,create new folder and thats it..the info should continue with save image to pc and below that divide into dated folders...there for I can not download my pics..this was all automatic the last time I used the software...I tried to do it manually as suggested...but I am not getting the info on the software as presented. Please help...I want to download these pics.asap...thanks
