Question about Motorola Mobility Mobile PhoneTools 3.0 (98654H) for PC
I have the usb cable and I have even downloaded a driver from the Motorola development site. I plug the phone in and get a brief message that the installation is complete, but I don't know how to view the pictures, as it doesn't show up anywhere, for example when I explore "My Computer".
Make sure the phone is on when u plug it up into the usb port. also dont open up the "my comptuer" folder tell u have plugged your phone up. when i plug my phone up into windows xp, it auto pops up and asks me what i want to do. as in take no actions, open, ect.
my phone also appears in the "my computer" folder..
other then that, under your settings on your phone, go to "data connection, or media sync, and go to usb settings, and make sure its on "media sync" other then that i don't know, good luck.
please rate me, its helpful on letting me know how i did

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
