I have the usb cable and I have even downloaded a driver from the Motorola development site. I plug the phone in and get a brief message that the installation is complete, but I don't know how to view the pictures, as it doesn't show up anywhere, for example when I explore "My Computer".
Any ideas?

make sure the phone is on when u plug it up into the usb port. also dont open up the "my comptuer" folder tell u have plugged your phone up. when i plug my phone up into windows xp, it auto pops up and asks me what i want to do. as in take no actions, open, ect.
my phone also appears in the "my computer" folder..
other then that, under your settings on your phone, go to "data connection, or media sync, and go to usb settings, and make sure its on "media sync" other then that i don't know, good luck.
