Unlock the lock button (by 3 users)

got problem with my scanner, i had been repeating hte process of uninstalling , booting, installing and plugging out hte scanner... a message always says unlock the button of hte scanner.. i have done so... i almost screwed it up and pulled out the lock button yet it always ask me to unlock it.. my scanner is umax astra 2500... can u help me
