GO to your manfacture webpage, then go to drivers download, choose your laptop model, and your operating system, and download the wirless driver, then install it, and this will fix your problem.

I have a sony PCG-6N2L..when I turn on the computer, the logo screen comes up then the windows xp sreen...it doesn't ever bring up my sign on screen it keeps repeating the logo screen and the windows xp...

Switch ON the PC, boot the PC in 'Safe Mode' by continuously tapping F8 button after you switch On.

Let windows boot in Safe Mode and log in to windows.

Go to 'Start'--->Programs--->Accessories--->System Tools--->System Restore

Here you will have to check "Restore computer to an earlier time' and click Next
Now you will find one Month Calendar window with Dates below, go to the previous month by clicking the '<' sign in the upper left hand corner of the Month Calendar and select any date that you see in Bold.

The detail of that particular date should show "System Checkpoint" and time on the right hand side box. Select that date.

Now, Click on Next and System Restore will start and windows will take a reboot.

After reboot your problem should be resolved.

SONY VAIO

Save Data if possible.

Use Restore System; Restore Computer to Factory "New" Condition.. Sont Vaios have a Key Prompt which you hold down while booting and the Replacement Software already on a Sector of the Hard Drive. Check THe Manuel for this OR CALL SONY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST GIVE THEM THE MODEL NUMBER AND ASK THEM WHICH BUTTON YOU PUSH ETC TO RESTORE THE COMPUTER TO "FACTORY CONDITION"

Sony vaio ns. my desktop is blank, im unable to use my laptop as i cannot see or open anything.

On the Windows Operating System you can boot up to safe mode by pressing f8 continuesly while booting until you get a menu that lets you go into safe mode. Go into Safe mode then it will give you the option to do a SYSTEM RESTORE. It will bring up a calendar and let you pick a earlier restore point where you didn't have that problem. It will not delete any programs so don't worry about that.

I hope this helps,

Keyboard Not working

Hi the problem you describe usually accurse when you have more data on your system than your memory can handle so it tries to compensate in so doing other functions such as the key board get effected. Look at what memory your system is running if it is less than 384 you may need to upgrade to say 512.Hope this helps
