Question about Washing Machines
We described our problem with you before of the washer not running the correct hot or cold water which was selected and also the soap dispenser was not working. We went through all the simple things of changing the hoses around in which we were told that it was probably the main control board in which we ordered and replaced. The soap dispenser works but it selector still runs the opposite water that was selected.
What next. We have had nothing but trouble with this machine and have spent $300.00 or more on it. Please help
Make sure to check the screens on the water connections located on the back of the washer. I have had problems before with screens that are blocked restricting the flow of water to the washing machine. They can be taken out and cleaned with A tooth brush. Low pressure on hot or cold water could change the temperature that you select. Another problem could be the fill valves that fill the washer going bad.(stuck or not opening.) They are not as expensive as control board or timer on some models.

Hello, I am sorry for your lost time and money. I know you would like to fix this, but at what cost and time you are willing to put in it. You can buy a new one for what you have spent in time and money. I would sale it, and get anything back out of it you can, and go get you a new one with a warrenty. Good Luck. Farren
