I had the same issue. I just got off the phone with HP tech support and they had me turn off the power, unplug the power cord, wait 10 seconds, then turn the power switch on (with the machine still unplugged) and wait 5 seconds, turn the power switch back to off, and the plug the power cord back in and power up the machine. It fixed my "copy pending" problem, I hope this helps.

Document pending will not print

Well this could be a number of issues. First of all try to make sure the printer is on, (yes I know very stupid request but I've seen it happen thousands of times). Then make sure the printer is connected to the PC, either via USB or LPT port or whatever the case maybe. Thirdly, you want to make sure that the printer is installed on the PC. If you goto START/PRINTERS & FAXES, and see if there are any other documents that are stuck or pending, try to delete them out or delete the printer and reinstall it. Then try to print again.

Try to delete unnecessary files on your computer, coz your computer is low in memory. open up your printer if theres a pending document then try to clean or empty it. boot your pc. Then try to print your document.

Will not print

We will experience this issue if the documents are pending on the printer icon or if the printer icon is paused. Check the status of the printer icon in control panel and clear all the pending documents and make it online if it is offline and then try to print.

Copy problem

i think that u have pending work out there!

look in ur task bar n u'll c the icon - right click on it n u'll c all ur pending work!

u hv 2 cancel or restart ur pending jobs!

BUT the best solution is to press the cancel key 'X' on ur printer after loading papers into ze tray!

HOPE it'll work n blinking will stop!
