Problem for Panasonic DMR-E75V DVD Player / VCR Combo

I just bought a new DVD&VCR (DVD-VR375) to dubbing from VCR to DVD. I have no problem conecting to the TV and works very good and I did dubbing three of my VCR to DVD using a 4.7GB DVD and work but i have a long hours VCR so I bought the 8.5 GB DVD+R. My DVD-VR375 copy (dubing) in to the DVD, but when i try to play the DVD on my other DVD player it keep saying "wrong disc" i can't figer out what wrong. when i put back to my DVD-VR375 it take time but it play. I read the User manual and flow the instraction and i even Finaliz the DVD after it stop but no luck i stil have problem with it. so please If anybody has a solution for me please let me know thank you so much for your help in advance!
