Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I can't see the screen on my phone, I can't get my contacts or pics on the screen.
i am afraid to say, the contact between top portion has been damaged. best option would be replace, contact your service provider and request them to replace it. 1 year phone warranty should be covered by your service provider for replace of refurbished. phone and 30 days replacement for new phones.
i am pretty sure hard/soft reset on this phone will not help. :(
