Question about Kodak ESP 5 Printer
Printer says change color cartridge, but when I change it it still says that I need to replace the cartridge. What is wrong
Remove the "faulty" cartridge and clean the contacts in that well with a Q-Tip swab. Do not put any type of cleaner on the swab it must be done with a dry swab. It may take more than one try.

Have you lifted the protective foil off the contacts? If you have, then you'll just clean the contact with a swab.
