Are you actually getting water into the fridge? Has the line frosted? You may have to defrost and make sure your freezer is not set lower than 5 degrees F.

SOURCE: GE Monogram ZISS480DMCS Ice Maker Problem

The water solenoid valve should have 120v going to it. (You will need a multimeter to chk this). You will need to also chk. for proper ground when verifying the 120v. If you get 120v on each of the pin clips, then your plug is not properly grounded, which means that you need a new ice maker circuit board. This is located in the in dispenser (front panel opens).

SOURCE: No water flow

I had the same problem.  The water lines in the freezer door had frozen up.  I defrosted the freezer, and the water flows great now.

SOURCE: My GE SS Side by Side Refrigerator is not

At the bottom of the freezer door ( remove the kick plate ) , there will be a water line . Follow this line , about 6 " to a connector . Push in on the white ring and pull out the line , at the same time . Activate the water dispensor pad and see if water flows from the line under the refrig . If it does , then the line in the door is frozen . Either raise the freezer temp for several days , so the line in the door will thaw , or , I have heard using an air tank will blow the ice out of the line in the door . If no water comes from the line under the refrig , while activating the pad , then replace the water valve , behind the refrig , the piece the wall water line connects to on the refrig . GE also has a dispensor heater , to help keep this from happening again , if , the water line is frozen . Pt # WR49X10173 .

Your dispenser is probably broke. You should get someone to come repair it for you. I have had something similar happen to me before.

I have mold forming on the ice depenser that's next to the water depenser. Is there a way to remove that piece so I can clean it?

with out seeing the brand or model i have to be pretty generic but their should be a removable grate so drips when dispensing ice or water that can be easily lifted and wiped out, if not place a paper towel at bottom of dispenser asm. to catch drips

I have a Frigidaire refrigerator Model FRS6L9EFSS0

Hi

When an ice maker is producing ice poorly--when it produces just a few cubes or crushed ice , or when the cubes are too small--it's usually because of a clogged water line or a defective water inlet valve.

First, check the water line attached to the back of the refrigerator for good water flow. To do that, first turn off the water supply valve. Then remove the water line from the back of the refrigerator. Next, place the water line into a bucket and momentarily turn the water valve back on to test the flow. If the flow is poor, you need to repair, clean, or replace the tubing or the shut-off valve that supplies the water. If the flow is good, you may have to replace the water inlet valve.
Please revert for further assistance and Do rate the solution if found useful.

Thanks
Rylee

Hotpoint refrig makes ice but no water will come out

Make sure that the water filter is the right one and that it is pushed all the way in. If that is correct than There should be two solenoids located behind the fridge at the bottom one is for your ice and one for water. Unplug unit and test the water solenoid with an ohm meter across the two terminals if it ohms out or beeps than your solenoid is bad.

I had the same problem. I found the answer on this forum.
The water line could be frozen in the door. Need to 'thaw' your door.

We have had water leaking on the floor for 3 weeks now. We have checked Ice Maker, water depenser, and even disconnected all sources of water to refrigerator. The refrigerator is a Kenmore.

Check the pan on the bottom of the fridg. the hose could of slipped out, this runs from the freezer section to the pan, when it goes into defrost water goes to the pan
